Delete your Vocbook account

You can request account deletion from the web even if you no longer have access to the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@vocbook.app with the subject "Delete my Vocbook account".
  2. Send the request from the email address connected to your Vocbook account when possible.
  3. If you cannot access that email, include enough detail for us to verify account ownership.
  4. We will confirm the request, complete deletion where legally possible, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Account deletion is intended to remove your Vocbook user profile, vocabulary collections, words, saved image memory data, practice sessions, preferences, notification registrations, and cloud files tied to the account.

What may remain

Some records may remain when needed for legal, security, tax, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, backup, or abuse-prevention reasons. Subscription records are also controlled by the app store and RevenueCat. For subscription cancellation steps, see Subscriptions.
