What Pro can include
Vocbook Pro may include AI-powered practice, visual word capture, image-backed memory cards, pronunciation scoring, premium reminders, advanced practice filters, and other premium features shown in the app.
Manage or cancel
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions and select Vocbook.
- On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Vocbook and manage renewal, cancellation, or payment method from there.
- You can also open Vocbook settings and use Manage subscription where available.
Trials, renewals, and refunds
Trial eligibility, renewal timing, cancellation deadlines, taxes, and refunds are controlled by the store shown at purchase. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but may not immediately remove access already paid for. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play according to the applicable store policies. Deleting your Vocbook account does not cancel your subscription.
Restore purchases
If Pro access does not appear after purchase, use Restore purchases in the Vocbook paywall or contact support with the purchase time, product, and account email.
