What to include
- The email address on your Vocbook account.
- Your device model, Android or iOS/iPadOS version, and Vocbook app version if available.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
- For purchase issues, the product name, approximate purchase time, and whether the purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment card details.
